Mark Byttow is a master craftsman that embodies the essence of a true artist.
In 1983, Mark teamed up with his late father, Norman Byttow, to create Byttow Woodworking in order to serve the needs of their clientele by manufacturing high-end cabinetry of unparalleled quality. He started small with a 1,000 square foot facility when clients were requesting made-to-order woodworking such as shelving, entertainment centers, millwork, trim, doors and many other custom-built items.
The business grew entirely by word of mouth to a 9,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Chicago's south suburbs. After Norman's retirement, Mark continued building impeccable cabinetry using state-of-the-art production equipment. Every component was designed, built and installed always look its best and always stand the test of time.
Today, Mark approaches on-site installation with the same degree of excellence that's been demonstrated in his work. He collaborates directly with the project manager, installation team, and the client to ensure every project is completed on schedule and true to the original design intent. In this industry, the level of personal service and attention to detail that Mark gives to his clients is second to none.
